Free Trial Period and Inquiries

Free trial period

• 7 Days of the free trial period will be applied once the workspace has been created After sign-up
  • The free trial expires on the hour after 7 days from the workspace creation time.
    (ex. Workspace created at 11:11:11 on Jan 1st => Free trial ends at 12:00 on Jan 8th)
• During the 7 days of the free trial period, all functions are able to be used without restrictions except for the Smart Labeling.
  • The Smart Labeling is available for only 100 file inferences on each workspace.
• The Smart Labeling is available for only 'Main Owner, Owner user levels.
• Requests for additional features can be provided through the sales team after consultation with the inquiry function above.

Free trial period termination

• After the 7 days of free trial period ends, the informing banner will be displayed.

• Process after the free trial period

  1. Notice of the free trial period ends
     • The informing banner will be displayed 3 days prior on the top of the page and appear again 24 hours after once the banner is closed.
     • A button to move to 'Plan Management' is provided within the banner, and is displayed to Main Owner.
  2. Notice after the free trial ends
     • The informing banner will be displayed on the top of the page.
     • A button to move to 'Plan Management' is provided within the banner, and is displayed to Main Owner.
  3. Deactivation after the free trial period ends
     • If deactivated status lasts for more than a month, all projects, work history, and uploaded file history in the workspace will be deleted on the day of one month after deactivation started.

• Access after the free trial period ends

  • Header section: Documents, Homepage, Biz Contact, Profile, Banner, Workspace setting
    • Paid plans are available at the 'Plan Management' tap in the Workspace Setting
  • Menu section: Project lists, Project Home, File Upload(Uploading function limited)
