Work assignment
- In AIMMO Enterprise, a project work is processed by a unit of file
- Work assignment refers to assigning a manager for each work stage of each file. The manager of each stage works on the allocated file and submits it to the manager of the next work stage.
Method to assign a work
Assign a single file
- Select the directory where the work assignment will proceed.
- Click the manager of the work stage for the assigning file.
- In the select manager window, select the member to assign. If there are many lists, you can search by name or email.
Assigning multiple files
- Select the directory where the job assignment will proceed.
- Click the checkbox button to the left of the file to be assigned.
- In the selection window at the bottom, click set manager.
- First, select the target stage to change the manager, and then select the manager to assign.
Order of work assignment
Choose a folder

Project data is uploaded in units of folders.

You can check all folders in the folder list, and you can also check the progress rate of each folder and the number of files by each work stage.

Check the progress for each folder and decide in which folder to proceed with the file assignment.

When using the automatic assignment function, you can set the priority of automatic assignment for each folder.
- Progress rate
Shows the percentage of files that have progressed through to the final stage. - Number of files by each stage
Provides specific status of work progress. You can see how many files are working on at each stage of the work. - Automatic assignment
When you upload the first folder, the automatic assignment setting is [Disabled], and the administrator can set the priority of automatic assignment for each folder. It is possible to set the priority of automatic assignment at once by selecting multiple folders with the checkboxes. -
- The four states of auto-allocation
- All folders auto-allocate default state = not applied
- High: high priority
- Medium: medium priority
- Low: low priority
- Unapplied: Excluded from automatic allocation. Do not set a priority for this.
- Automatic assignmnet rules
- Files in a folder are allocated by order of the name
- In the case of folders with the same priority, they are allocated in the order of folder name (folders in the process of automatic allocation first, and then followed by the order of the folder names).

Assign users for each work stage
When you select a folder, you can check a list of files in the directory. A manager is assigned to each stage of the file and the work is carried out, and the manager can check which worker is working at which work stage of each file.

File list
A list of files in a directory. When you click the file list., Quick File Viewer will open and you can check the work contents, Q&A information, and instance information. When you click the icon next to the file name. you can start working on the selected file immediately. -
Work stage
Provides information about which work stage the work is progressing. -
Work status
Provides the action information for the manager in the work stage.- Unworked: This is the file before the manager starts working on it.
- Working: A file in progress.
- completion: This is the file submitted after the work has been completed up to the final stage. This file is extractable.

Manager
- Managed works for each stage of the file. If no manager is assigned, there is no name.
- When you click a manager cell, it will provide a selection window.
- The selection window provides a list of project members. When you click on the list, the manager is assigned or edited. If there are many lists, you can search by name or email.
Work recall method
Recall a single file
- Select the directory to perform work recall.
- Hover your mouse over the work stage manager who is in charge of the file to be recalled.
- Click the
X
button.
Recall multiple files
- Select the directory to perform work recall.
- Click
the checkbox button
to the left of the file to recall. - In the selection window at the bottom, click
set manager
. - Select the target stage first, then select
No manager
.
Searching for files assigned to a worker
You can search for files that have been assigned or not assigned to the labeler during the work stage.
- Choose a directory to search.
- Click the filter button of the work stage to be searched.
- Select a labeler in the filter selection window and apply it. If you want to search only unassigned files, select No manager, and apply.
- When you click Reset in the filter selection window, the filter will be reset
